Mortgage Loan Officer:

Individuals interested in a loan officer position should be a sales oriented person with a passion for the best interest of their client. They are responsible for meeting with borrowers to determine which products best fits their client's needs. The loan officer requests documents, supplies disclosures, and takes an accurate loan application. Mortgage loan officers work on commission.

Loan Processor:

To be considered, candidates need knowledge of processing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. The ideal candidate should have at least two years experience in the mortgage industry. Skilled in DU, LP, Conventional Jumbo and Government Loans. Must be highly concerned with customer service, good computer proficiency, including Word. Ability to process a minimum of 50 loans per month with high accuracy.

Mortgage Loan Closer:

To be considered, candidates must have some experience within the retail mortgage industry. Responsible for creation and closing documents required for loan type and for legal loan recording. Conduct comprehensive review of all loan packages. Prepare complete loan closing packages by following state, title and company guidelines. Schedule closings, order funds. Needs knowledge of CMU/FHA and VA loans. Must be highly skilled in customer service, high computer proficiency a must, including Word.

Receptionist/Information Clerk:

Must have an energetic phone voice! They are the first contact that our clients have with Mortgage Mobility. To be considered must be able to use multi-line telephone systems, personal computers (Microsoft compatible), and fax machines. The ability to maneuver voicemail options, and reliability when taking personal messages. When not busy with callers, the ability to perform office duties such as: opening and sorting mail, collecting and distributing parcels, making fax transmittals and deliveries, updating appointment calendars, preparing travel arrangements, and performing basic bookkeeping, word processing and filing. Must be highly skilled in customer service.
